4707 Events is a large warehouse-style building with open loft-like spaces. There are two main rooms, plus large patios on either side accessible through large roll-up doors. The kitchen is in the back and can be closed off. There are 3 furnished lounge spaces included in the plan, and 3 restrooms.
In this hypothetical plan, based on previous events, 6-top seating (with 60" tables) is shown at maximum configuration. Thirteen tables in the Main Room (78 seats) with room for a bar, 5 tables in Room 2 (30 seats) with a buffet, and an additional 15 tables in Patio 1 (90 seats). Patio 2 is shown with 2 buffet tables, and is perfect for a cocktail & appetizer set-up (with mountain views).
